Topua Lesinko
Partner
Mr Lesinko work experience cuts across both public and private sector having worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and Anjarwalla & Khanna LLP. Mr Lesinko also serves as a consultant for Uraia Trust, a non-governmental organization based in Nairobi.
Mr Lesinko has also participated in the 32nd Ship for World Youth Programme organized by the Cabinet Office of Japan where he received extensive training. Mr Lesinko has advised on several merger and acquisition deals in Kenya and COMESA and has also assisted in arbitration matters before the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). He has also advised in a number of multi-purpose real estate developments including Centum and Garden City.

Margaret Lokina

Ms. Lokina is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. She is a law graduate of Africa Nazarene University School of Law where she received her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree. In 2017, she enrolled for a Post Graduate Diploma in law at the Kenya School of Law (KSL) and later on undertook her pupillage at H.M Mudeizi & Co. Advocates (HMM). Upon her admission to the Bar and Roll of Advocates, Ms. Lokina was retained in the firm as an Associate. In 2019, Ms. Lokina progressed to the United States where she received her Master of Laws Degree (LLM) in Indigenous Peoples Law & Policy (I.P.L.P) at the University of Arizona.
Upon completion, she was awarded a full scholarship to pursue her Doctor of Juridical Sciences (S.J.D) in Human Rights Laws pertaining to Indigenous groups. As a legal scholar, Ms. Lokina has been bestowed with numerous awards including the Williams AchievementAward, Justice Advocates Coalition (JAC) Fellowship and the prestigious American Association of University Women (AAUW) Fellowship.
As a human rights enthusiast, Ms. Lokina has extensive experience in handling International Human Rights disputes involving Indigenous Peoples and Minority Groups. She handles various disputes that involve Human Rights violations, Land and Real Estate matters, Communal Property Rights and Tribal Justice Laws. Prof. Collins Odote, PHD, FCIARB

Proffesor Collins Odote started his law career at the firm of Lumumba and Muuma and then moved to Friedrich Erbert Stiftung, a German political foundation where he served as a Programme Manager in charge of a diverse portfolio in Kenya and the eastern African region on issues of governance, political party strengthening, youth leadership, regional integration and international trade. He thereafter moved to the University of Nairobi to teach law rising to the position of Associate professor.
His practice area combines his academic background and consulting experience, specializing in the innovative application of the law to solve practical problems facing a diverse array of clients including individuals, local communities, civil society, public agencies and international organizations. He has particular competencies in the areas of elections, governance, public policy design, elections, environment and sustainability, land, natural resources and devolution. Mr. Osoi is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a Senior Partner at Johnson and Partners Advocates, LLP. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the East Africa Law Society. He is in charge of business Strategy/development and client services at the firm. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Hons and a Post Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. Ms. Kibare is a Partner of the firm.
