Ms. Kibare is the Managing Partner of the firm. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and holds an LLB Degree from Moi University with a bias for environmental law and policy, Constitutional Law, Human Rights, conveyancing and commercial law. She is an environmental law enthusiast and her main areas of focus include Environmental Litigation, environmental policy and governance, Public Interest Litigation, and Commercial Law. She is very keen on alternative forms of dispute resolution such Arbitration and Mediation.

Mr. Osoi is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a Senior Partner at Johnson and Partners Advocates, LLP. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the East Africa Law Society. He is in charge of business Strategy/development and client services at the firm. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Hons and a Post Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and a Master of Arts (MA) in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Nairobi (UON). He is currently a student of Master of Laws (LLM) at the UON.
